The Csemadok Zselíz Basic Organisation cordially invites you to the RE-BIRTH project for the „Knowledge Transfer for Young People” event, entitled

MAKING ROOSTER STEW

At the event, we can learn how our grandmothers made rooster stew, and how the rooster went from the chicken coop to the dining table. We can also learn how to pluck and cut up poultry.
